RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

 

Returning is Easy

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

We hope you fall in love with your botawall purchase, but we’re happy to accept returns within 21 days of the date of purchase.

 

There are three measures to return your products to botawall.com:

- To receive credit, make sure to return items within 21 days of purchase.
- You must include the return portion of the original packing slip. Make sure that you save copies for your records.
- If there is extensive damage to an item upon delivery, report it to the carrier agent and contact us on 0032 473 383 082 or via e-mail: info@botawall.com .

 

DAMAGED GOODS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, get in touch with us right away and we’ll send you a replacement (provided we hear from you before an item has sold out).

If you only realise after the delivery that you're unhappy with the quality, or if we've sent you the wrong item, just contact us as soon as possible, ideally sending us a couple of photos of the damage or other issues with the product. We will assess your complaint and tell you how to return the item or arrange to collect the item from you, and either give you a full refund or order you a replacement.

 

Before contacting us, have your order number ready. And of course, please be ready to describe the damage or defect.

REFUNDS

Your refund should appear on your bank statement within 8-14 working days. Refund times are dictated by the issuing bank and are outside our control. Please consult your bank for more information. Items without receipts are not eligible for refunds.
